Job summary

American Plastics, a long‑standing manufacturing company in Findlay, OH, is looking for a hands-on warehouse associate. The role involves inventory management, packing finished goods, and daily site operations in a clean, safe facility with 8‑hour day shifts.

Earn up to $21.00 per hour, with a referral bonus, paid vacation, holidays, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and more. Training is provided to support growth from within.

Qualifications

• Must pass forklift written and driving test.
• Must be able to operate sitting and standing forklifts.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor an adequate inventory of raw materials and resign at each job site.
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of all materials in well-organized, designated storage areas.
• Play a vital role in packing of finished goods at the warehouse.
• Perform other diversified tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Work the schedule assigned and maintain good attendance.
• Run a safe, clean operation which promotes zero accidents.
• Lift and remove parts from pallets.
• Maintain product specifications and packing according to customer requests.
• Trim, assemble and pack parts, as needed.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.
