Job summary

American Plastics is seeking a reliable forklift operator to support a clean, safe warehouse environment. The role involves moving finished goods, stocking inventory, and loading trucks on all scheduled shifts at our Jefferson City facility.

Candidates must have forklift experience, be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs (80 lbs with team lift), and pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligibility to work in the USA.
• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse setting is required.
• Able to stand for extended periods, bend, push, pull and lift up to 40 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. team lift.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN & BACKGROUND CHECK.

Responsibilities

• Run a safe, clean operation which promotes zero accidents.
• Remove finished goods from conveyor belt and put into inventory.
• Load trucks with finished goods.
• Work all scheduled shifts.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.
