Job summary

The position requires flexibility for 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) and occasional non-standard hours, with starting pay at $15.50 per hour and up. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Prefer experience in manufacturing and understanding of production processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety regulations and plant policies.
• Retrieve and package completed products and record weight.
• Label finished packaging with quality stamps and dates.
• Inspect finished product and communicate any issues promptly.
• Maintain pace with production targets and keep area clean.
