Location: 1816 W Pointe Drive, Suite B, Charlotte, NC 28214

Pay Target: $18.50 - $21.28 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Sunday - Thursday from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM. Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business.

The Lead Package Handler / Warehouse Worker plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution in our warehouse. Our Lead Package Handlers are the ultimate team players. They work closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent
• Previous leadership experience, highly preferred
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 50lbs, occasionally up to 75lbs
• Must be at least 18 years old

Your Mission in Motion:

• Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and prepare outgoing freight for delivery.
• Train sorters to perform tasks safely and accurately.
• Provide continual feedback to sorters.
• Inspect packages for safety for transportation.
