Job summary

OnTrac is hiring as a Package Handler at our Petaluma, CA facility. The role focuses on unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for deliveries. You will operate in a fast-paced warehouse, maintaining safety and efficiency while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Typical shifts run in the early morning hours; availability to work Monday through Sunday is expected. This position offers an inclusive workplace with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Be on your feet for long periods and able to stand/walk during shift.
• Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures (heat and cold).
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pay: $19.84/hr

Shift(s)

• Monday - Sunday 4:15AM - 9AM
• Monday - Friday 4:15AM - 9AM

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
