Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in Fremont, CA. The position supports warehouse operations with safety and teamwork at the forefront. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by zip codes, and loading trucks for deliveries.

Shifts are Fri–Mon, 5:30 PM–9:30 PM, with benefits including paid sick leave and a 401(k) plan with company match. Eligible for premium pay on select holidays and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season.
• Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done!

Pay: $20/hr (WEEKLY Pay)

Shift(s)

• Friday - Monday 5:30PM - 9:30PM

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
