Job summary

OnTrac is seeking Package Handlers to join our operations team in Knoxville-area facilities. You will handle packages with care, unload trailers, sort by ZIP codes, and help load delivery trucks while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and capable of standing for long periods, working in varying warehouse temperatures, and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs (up to 75 lbs occasionally).

Pay: $16.00/hr

Shifts: 4:00AM-8:00AM or End of Sort

(3 Options)

Wednesday - Sunday (Monday & Tuesday off)

Tuesday - Saturday (Sunday & Monday off)

Thursday - Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday off)

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean‑up activities, as directed by site management.
