Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in Lebanon, TN. The base pay is $19.50 per hour with shifts Monday to Thursday, 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM or end of sort. Hours vary by business needs, and the role focuses on unloading trailers, sorting packages by zip codes, and loading trucks for deliveries.

A safe, clean work environment and benefits are provided. This position requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to regularly lift, push, pull and move items averaging 50 lbs and up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stay on your feet and work in varying temperatures in a warehouse.

• Load trucks for deliveries.

Pay: Your base rate of pay will be $19.50 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday 130pm - 12AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
