Job summary

OnTrac in Louisville, KY is hiring Package Handlers to join a dynamic logistics team. You will help keep the warehouse running by unloading trailers, sorting packages by zip codes, and preparing shipments for daily routes. The role offers early shifts and a steady flow of activity in a fast-paced environment.

Pay is $17.00 per hour. Shifts run from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM or until end of sort, with multiple schedules available. We value safety, reliability, and teamwork to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Lifts up to 75 lbs; able to work in heat/cold.
• Ability to stay on feet for long periods.
• Comfort with fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Saturday - Wednesday
• Sunday - Thursday
• Monday - Friday
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Wednesday - Sunday
• Thursday - Monday
• Friday - Tuesday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
