Job summary

OnTrac in Lexington, KY is seeking Package Handlers to join our fast-paced operations team. You will unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and load trucks for deliveries, focusing on safety and efficiency.

Requires at least 18 years old, ability to stand, and ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (75 lbs occasionally). Basic English communication is required; experience in warehouse environments is a plus. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Pay: $17.50/hr

Shift

Shift: 4:00AM - 8:00AM or End of Sort (7 Options)

• Saturday - Wednesday
• Sunday - Thursday
• Monday - Friday
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Wednesday - Sunday
• Thursday - Monday
• Friday - Tuesday

Role Summary

As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.

The Must-Haves

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs, and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
