OnTrac is seeking dedicated Package Handlers in Fridley, MN to support warehouse operations. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP codes, and loading delivery trucks. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $19.80 per hour with various shift options. OnTrac offers benefits, paid sick leave, holiday premium pay, and a supportive safety-focused workplace.

Pay: $19.80/hr

Shift: (7 Options)

• Monday – Friday
• Tuesday – Saturday
• Wednesday – Sunday
• Thursday – Monday
• Friday – Tuesday
• Saturday - Wednesday

Shift hours:

1:00AM – 5:00AM or End of Sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

The Must-Haves

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
