Job summary

OnTrac in Wisconsin is seeking Package Handlers to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and load trucks for deliveries, supporting efficient daily operations. This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, work in both hot and cold conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs (75 lbs occasionally).

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers.

Address: 13301 4 Mile Rd., Caledonia, WI 53216.

Pay: $18.00/hr.

Shift Options

• Monday – Friday
• Tuesday – Saturday
• Wednesday – Sunday
• Thursday – Monday
• Friday – Tuesday
• Saturday – Wednesday

Shift hours: 4:30AM – 7:30AM or End of Sort.

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean‑up activities, as directed by site management.

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
