Job summary

CITY HOME is seeking a Warehouse Overnight Pulling & Staging Associate for our Ocoee location. You will pull and stage products for customer delivery and installation, supporting service and receiving departments as needed.

This full-time, on-site role offers a $19.50 hourly rate and a Monday–Friday style schedule with four 10-hour shifts. Ideal candidates have basic MS Office skills, a willingness to learn WMS High Jump, and a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, background check and physical ability test.
• No HS diploma required; warehouse/distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Four 10-hour shifts per week with three days off.
• 0% travel required.
• Lifts up to 75 lbs, stands/walks long hours, high-height work.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; WMS High Jump preferred but not required.
• No certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Pull merchandise from rack system and stage for delivery/installation.
• Use proper material handling to minimize damage and injuries.
• Scan inventory during pulling/loading/putting away products.
• Inspect products for damages and notify supervisor with reasons.
• Unload containers and store into inventory as needed.

What This Role Is…

As a Pulling & Staging Associate, the primary function of this position is to pull and stage products for customer delivery and installation. The Pulling & Staging Associate is also responsible for providing support to the Service and Receiving Departments in pulling and putting away merchandise in our rack system for internal and external customers. Your contributions will ensure the success of the Operations Department at CITY HOME.

What You’ll Do…

As a Warehouse Pulling & Staging Associate, your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Pull Merchandise from rack system and load to staging area for delivery and install
• Utilize proper material handling techniques when pulling, staging, and receiving to minimize damage to merchandise and personal injuries
• Use appropriate inventory practices to scan when pulling, loading, and putting away product
• Examine products for damages, documents reasons for damages, and notifies a supervisor
• Unload containers to be received, labeled, and put away to inventory
• Put away merchandise into rack system from various distribution center departments

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.)
