Job summary

City Produce in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a dependable warehouse associate to support order fulfillment and daily operations. Our team focuses on quality, safety, and on-time delivery to customers, with strong teamwork and clear communication at the center of everything we do.

You will locate and select items, load and unload using equipment, build pallets, inspect orders for accuracy, wrap them for transport, and maintain equipment and cleanliness while complying with OSHA and food

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or distribution, preferably in food industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Must speak and write English satisfactorily and comply with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Locate and select warehouse items to fulfill customer orders.
• Load and unload items using equipment, carts and dollies.
• Build pallets and position them for loading onto trucks.
• Inspect orders for quantity, size, and accuracy.
• Wrap orders before loading onto trucks.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions.
• Comply with company policies, OSHA and food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area and surrounding area.
