Job summary

Netpace Inc. in Wells, Maine seeks Warehouse Order Selectors for a 4+ month temp-to-hire position supporting distribution center operations. 1st shift from 6am-2pm EST with optional overtime during training; after conversion, overtime based on seniority.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged. Responsibilities include voice-picking full case groceries using a ride-on pallet jack, palletizing and shipping to local stores. Must lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and meet safety instructions.

Qualifications

• Training available in English and Spanish.
• Must follow safety procedures and training instructions.
• Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Use voice-controlled system to select full case groceries using a ride-on electric pallet jack.
• Palletize cases and prepare pallets to ship to local stores.
• Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. at shoulder level and overhead throughout a shift.
• Ensure candidates are aware of the physical requirements before submission.
• Obtain clearance to ride an electric pallet jack and other equipment as necessary.
