Job summary

Lancesoft in Wells, ME is seeking Warehouse Order Selectors for a 4+ month temporary-to-hire role supporting distribution center operations. A 17-week structured training and evaluation period precedes potential conversion to full-time based on performance.

Schedules include 1st shift (6am–2pm) with overtime during training; bilingual English/Spanish training available and safety procedures strictly followed. Pay is $22.00 per hour, with paid lunch and free onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Training available in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Use voice-controlled system to select full case groceries, frozen and perishable products.
• Palletize cases and prepare pallets to ship to local stores.
• Lift up to 60 lbs. overhead and at shoulder level throughout shift.
• Obtain clearance to ride an electric pallet jack and other equipment as necessary.
