Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Selector to accurately select, stage, and ship products within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards while supporting inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include operating material handling equipment, loading and unloading freight, picking orders, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months pallet jack operation experience preferred.
• Must be able to get NFI certified on electric pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective customer service and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload freight; maintain safety protocols.
• Move products to storage areas and stack merchandise.
• Pick customer orders and prepare shipments.
• Process orders: pick, check, sort, consolidate, wrap pallets, pack, load.
• Verify freight accuracy and check for damage.
• Assist with inventories and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Perform sanitation duties as assigned.
• Other duties as required by management.
