Job summary

Wisconsin Distributors is seeking a motivated Warehouse Order Selector/Picker to join our warehouse team. You will locate products, pick items from shelving and pallets, and build bulk orders on pallets for delivery. Strong accuracy and teamwork are essential to ensure timely, correct orders.

Education & Work Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse setting a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience operating forklifts and/or pallet jacks preferred, but not required.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work overtime when business needs require.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and warehouse documentation.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and tools, including computers, iPads, hoists, hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and various hand tools.

Salary Description

$19 per hour
