Job summary

Sysco Detroit, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Selector to join its Detroit area warehouse operations. You will pick and assemble orders for delivery to foodservice venues, and operate an electric pallet jack or forklift as part of daily duties.

This is an active, physical role with exposure to coolers, freezers, and non-refrigerated zones. Training and overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy items repeatedly.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and stand 10-12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders in Sysco warehouse to fulfill deliveries.
• Operate electric pallet jack and/or forklift as part of daily duties.
• Organize and palletize products to assemble customer orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain safe working environment in varying temperature zones.
