Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Indianapolis seeks a warehouse associate to select products for outbound shipping, lift 35–60 lb cases, and place them on pallets, while verifying labels and recording times to ensure accuracy.

Shifts are nights (Mon–Thu, 6:00 p.m.–4:30 a.m.; Fridays off). Pay is $22.00/hour with OT; potential to reach $29.00/hour with speed and accuracy. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, PTO, and 401K.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years related experience.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to operate scanning devices.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in following processes.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Select product for outbound shipping.
• Repeatedly lift 35-60 pound cases and place on a pallet up to 1000 times per shift.
• Accurately review information on selection labels and match them to the correct product.
• Properly record start and stop times on work assignments.
• Reposition cases and labels to maintain accuracy and reduce breakage.
• Housekeeping as directed by supervisor.
• Complete end of shift responsibilities such as palletizing, returns, replenishment, and cleanup.
