Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is hiring a dedicated Warehouse Worker to handle picking, packing, and loading for our wine, spirits, and beer distribution. You will operate scanning devices, transfer products to maintain inventory, and ensure safe, accurate shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified applicants are 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and must be able to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 4-day Mon-Thu schedule

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and transfer products to maintain accurate inventory.
• Use scanning devices to pick and ship products.
• Load products into delivery trucks and ensure proper loading to minimize damage.
• Check products and packaging for quality prior to shipping.
• Follow safety and cleanliness protocols in all tasks.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned.

Skilled in order fulfillment, palletizing, and forklift operation while adhering to safety regulations and industry compliance standards. Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet productivity goals while ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to support efficient warehouse operations.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Issue, receive, pick, and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.Proper usage of scanning devices to pick and ship products.Maintain set work standards for picking orders.Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.Loading of product into delivery trucks.
