Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Selector at our Bethlehem, PA location. Earn $21/hr plus incentives after training, with uncapped earning potential up to $35/hr.

This full-time role offers a 4-day work week of 10-hour shifts, with overtime and additional days as needed, and day and night shifts available. You will pick, gather and prepare orders for delivery to local customers, standing and moving actively while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Picking various cases by using order sheets or an audio headset.
• Stacking cases on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors.
• Ensuring accuracy to orders while adhering to safety standards.
• Operating a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases and place on pallets.
• Utilizing proper wrapping techniques to ensure safety of product.
• Informing supervisor of any differences in case quantity or description.
• Performing equipment inspections and completing the appropriate form.
• Frequent safe lifting of varying case weight and height levels.
• Following all material handling equipment safe operating procedures.

You will contribute by:

• Picking various Cases by using order sheets or an audio headset

• Informing Supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Frequent safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
• Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

What's a great way to stay in shape?

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
