H-E-B is seeking a Distribution Partner II to join a fast-paced warehouse team in San Antonio. You will select orders, stock shelves, and operate forklifts while learning multiple product areas. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork to meet daily distribution goals.

You will contribute to end-to-end warehouse operations, support automated systems, and help maintain clean, safe work environments. HS diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Selects cases of products and organizes them on pallets for shipment.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in assignments.
• Operate in a safe manner according to SOPs and address safety concerns.
• Assist other team members with facility knowledge and processes.
• Complete tasks promptly to support on-time trailer releases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Move/load products using forklift and other equipment as assigned.
• Support automated distribution and stocking as needed.
