Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. is hiring for an Order Selection role in the warehouse. You will be responsible for accurately pulling customer orders, pallet building, labeling, and moving products using electric pallet jacks while adhering to safety and HACCP/SQF policies.

Excellent teamwork and attention to detail are essential as you ensure correct locations, sequences, and quantities. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this full-time position at UNFI.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/Operations experience preferred but not required.
• Understanding of WMS preferred but not required.
• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.

Responsibilities

• Inspects assigned jack for safety issues.
• Enters the proper information into the productivity measure.
• Identifies the correct pick location and pick sequence in accordance to the order.
• Picks the correct item and quantity, checking UPCs or item descriptions.
• Stages pallets in appropriate bay.
• Operates pallet jack/push cart in a safe and efficient manner.
