Job summary

Specs Family Partners is seeking a warehouse associate in Houston to perform order selecting and stocking of wholesale products. Daily duties include identifying SKUs, packing orders securely, and keeping racks and pull carts organized in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, along with using pallet jacks, carts, and dollies. Availability for Friday/Saturday shifts is expected, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience is ideal; training available for willing learners.
• Able to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos.

Responsibilities

• Identify product by SKU, size, varietal, and rack location.
• Pull and stock wholesale products, ensure accuracy of orders.
• Pack orders neatly to maintain product integrity during delivery.
• Maintain tidy rack areas and orderly pull carts.
• Note variances on invoices and flag out-of-stock items.
• Assist in inventory prep and stock replenishment.
