Job summary

Sysco Nashville is seeking a warehouse associate to pull case orders on an electric pallet jack, organize products by assignment, and load routes in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will select items from the correct slots, operate in a cooler environment, and handle lifting up to 50–80 lbs while complying with safety standards. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with High School diploma or GED encouraged.

Qualifications

• Prefer High School or GED.
• 1 year related experience preferred.
• Electric pallet jack experience preferred.

JOB SUMMARY

The selector pulls case orders on an electric pallet jack, organizes the product by assignment, and loads on a designated route in a fast-paced team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Prefer High School or GED.

Experience

Preferred 1-year related experience.

Electric pallet jack experience preferred.

Professional Skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for long periods of time in a cooler environment.

Physical Demand

Frequent lifting of a product up to 50 lbs. during the shift, infrequent lifting up to 80 lbs.

Must be able to climb on and off powered industrial equipment.

Frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling

Work Environment

Must be able to work in confined spaces
