Job summary

Hallmark Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector for the 3rd shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am) at the Liberty Distribution Center in Liberty, Missouri. You will fill retail orders, locate products in bins, and pack items for conveyor delivery while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to LEAN processes in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to stand, walk, push/pull, and reach above shoulder level.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds occasionally and up to 40 pounds frequently.

Overview

Hallmark Supply Chain is looking for a Warehouse Order Selector for the 3rd shift (Sunday night–Friday morning, 11 pm–7 am). This role involves filling retail orders in several pick mediums within Order Processing, including Single Carton Fill, Multi Carton Fill, and Batch Cart while wearing a headset and using a handheld device. The incumbent answers computer‑generated picking documents to locate 2D and 3D products throughout the warehouse, meets production expectations, and maintains the highest quality and customer service by following standard operating procedures — selecting, packing, and placing cartons on a conveyor system.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.

• Capability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds constantly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a variety of conditions with automated equipment.
• Proficiency operating a PC in a Windows environment.
• Attention to detail.

Additional Details

• The Order Processor position is located at the Hallmark Liberty Distribution Center in Liberty, Missouri.
• Relocation will not be provided.
• Employees will be required to work at all Liberty/DC locations.
