Job summary

The Martin-Brower Company, LLC in Orlando, FL is hiring for full-time positions on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Pay ranges from $23.80 to $27.55 per hour, with progression to $27.55 at six months. Must be able to work both shifts and lift up to 75 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities include order picking, inventory management, equipment checks, and sanitation duties to maintain a safe warehouse environment. Prior related experience is valued but not strictly required.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds.

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders per load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders, and move completed orders to the loading dock.
• Receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by performing basic sanitation and clearing debris.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
• Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
• Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
• Other duties as assigned
