Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking an Order Puller in Denver, CO to support the shipping operation. You will scan and pull orders, then lift cases (up to 40 lbs) or buckets (up to 75 lbs) onto pallets and deliver with a rider jack, ensuring safety and accuracy to keep drivers on schedule.

No prior paint or warehousing experience is required; training provided. Starting wage is $21.50/hour with raises after 6 months and at one year, plus enhanced benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Able to safely lift heavy items (40–75 lbs) throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders using a scanner gun.
• Manually lift cases or buckets onto pallets.
• Use a rider jack to move pallets to the loading area.
• Work safely, timely, and accurately to keep shipping on schedule.
