Job summary

Metrie is seeking an Order Puller at our Shepherdsville, KY facility. You will read pick lists, assemble and ship building materials such as mouldings and doors, and operate equipment like an electric tugger and trailer. You will lift 49–69 lbs and ensure accurate order quantities.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship a variety of building materials, including mouldings and doors
• Read and understand pick lists and paper work
• Lift, push, and pull material bundles that weigh between 49-69 lbs.
• Ensure accurate tallies and order quantities
• Operate various types of machinery as required, including an electric tugger and trailer
• Clean and tidy the work area as required
• Ensure all work is performed safely and timely
• Product binning and put-away as needed
