Job summary

PeopleReady in Fresno is seeking an Order Puller to accurately pick customer orders, verify items, and stage products for shipping. You will operate RF scanners and a cherry picker forklift to retrieve items from elevated locations while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with PeopleReady.
• Previous order-picking experience required.
• Cherry picker/order picker experience required.
• RF scanner experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse products.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday-Friday.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and work well as part of a team.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using an RF scanner.
• Operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift to retrieve products from elevated warehouse locations.
• Locate products and verify item numbers, quantities, and orders.
• Move and stage picked products for shipping or further processing.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations.
