Summary: The Warehouse Order Picker is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity. The Order Picker is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Picks order by using an RF Handheld scanner or paper order. (Part number, location, quantity, special instructions, etc.)
• Completes documents by entering in quantity picked and pallet number(s).
• Uses forklift and/or other material handling equipment (such as pallet rider, order picker, forklift, etc.) to transport the order through the process.
• Stacks the cartons of product on pallets and verifies accuracy of pallet container(s).
• Uses stretch wrap machine and/or manual dispenser to wrap completed orders.
• Meets minimum productivity and accuracy measurements.
• Performs basic visual quality inspections on products.
• Maintains the production pace of other team members.
• Utilizes power tools and various equipment as needed to perform duties.
• Works in a safe and accident‑free manner.
• Actively participates in housekeeping to keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Participates in physical inventories.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and push or pull a pallet jack or platform cart and bend and stoop as needed to retrieve orders.
• This is a warehouse position and the job will be in a warehouse environment. The Warehouse Order Picker must be willing to work in the heat and cold and also be able to tolerate noise and dust.

Job Type: Temp-to-Perm (Full-time)

Pay:$18.50 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40‑45 per week

Schedule:

• 8‑hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Possibility of Overtime (2 hours before or 2 hours after the shift)

Experience:

• Picking & packing: 1 year (Required)
• Cherry picker operating: 1 year (Required)
• RF Scanner operating: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• North Valleys, Reno, NV: Relocate before starting work (Required)
