Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience as an order picker or similar warehouse position.
• Experience or license in handling order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Experience with RF devices and scanning.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a cherry picker (order picker lift) to access inventory at height levels up to 30 feet.
• Use scanning devices to ensure accuracy and efficiency in order picking.
• Complete orders on time and verify correct quantities and products.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the order picker and report issues.
• Ensure quality of picked materials and report discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate warehouse activities.
• Meet and aim to exceed Unit Per Hour (UPH) targets for all picking channels.
• Maintain an organized and clean picking area.
