Job summary

Staples is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Coppell, Texas, to support our world-class supply chain team. The role encompasses four areas: Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, and Custodian, with cross-training as needed to ensure safety and productivity.

You will contribute to accurate order fulfillment, inventory readiness, and clean, safe work areas while adhering to safety procedures and seasonal temperature variations in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for tasks.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds by hand and wear safety shoes.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order Picker: pick and prepare customer orders accurately to meet daily goals.
• Restocker: scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves for next shift.
• Bulk Selector: select product, pull and pack totes, and stock product.
• Custodian: clean and sanitize facilities and maintain floors and surfaces.
