Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Staples World Class Supply Chain Team in Houston. You may perform as an Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, or Custodian, with the flexibility to move between roles as needed to meet daily goals.

The role emphasizes safety, basic arithmetic, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Full-Time and Part-Time benefits are offered, including PTO and company programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to count and perform basic arithmetic accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to resolve issues.
• Able to follow safety procedures quickly and maintain safe work practices.
• Able to work in a warehouse with seasonal temperature variations.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an Order Picker to accurately assemble customer orders.
• Restock shelves and prep work area for shifts while following safety rules.
• Bulk Selector: pull and pack totes, cut cases, and stock product.
• Custodian duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining facility cleanliness.
