John F. Martin & Sons, LLC, a family-owned meat and cheese producer and distributor based in Womelsdorf, PA, invites applicants for a 1st shift Warehouse Order Picker. Responsibilities include safe, accurate order selection, labeling, palletizing, and loading/unloading for export.

This is a safety-sensitive role with pre-employment screening required. Salary starts at $19.00 per hour with benefits after 60 days; workweek is Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm in a refrigerated warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated to select orders accurately.
• Experience with palletizing and labeling.
• Able to operate in a refrigerated warehouse environment.
• Willing to comply with safety-sensitive requirements and pre-employment screening.

Responsabilités

• Manage pick orders and prepare labels/sheets for orders.
• Verify outbound shipments and ensure damage-free goods are labeled before shipment.
• Operate mechanized equipment including forklift and pallet jack.
• Organize orders for shipment and operate shrink wrap machines and other handling equipment.
• Ensure correct weights are entered for products in shipments.
