Job Overview

Join the Fabiano Brothers team as an Order Picker in our Bay City warehouse, where excitement meets opportunity! As an Order Picker, you'll be at the heart of our bustling beer distribution center.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time Order Pickers can earn up to $26 per hour based on the number of cases picked. Work Schedule & Environment

Typically, work is a four-day week (Monday to Thursday), second shift, 10-12 hours per night, in a temperature-controlled warehouse (60-64°F). Experience with forklifts and walkie-riders is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases of beer and products weighing 50+ lbs, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Pull orders manually from computer-generated pick sheets.
• Operate industrial equipment such as walkie-riders and forklifts to stage pallets.
• Assist in warehouse processes to improve efficiency and safety.
• Read or listen to work orders and operate forklifts; training provided.
• Utilize voice-picking technology for task tracking and product location.
