Job summary

Renewal by Andersen LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to load, unload, and organize shipments, prepare materials for installer pick-ups, and prep trucks for next-day installations. The role supports a clean, safe warehouse environment and adherence to safety standards.

This position requires physical readiness to lift up to 150 lbs, stand and bend frequently, and adapt to a semi-climate-controlled setting. Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize shipments of products and materials within the warehouse.
• Prepare and stage materials for installer pick-ups.
• Clean, organize, and prep trucks for next-day installations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety requirements.
• Assist with team lifts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on location or shift.
