Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest in La Vergne, TN is seeking a dependable warehouse associate to support loading, unloading, inventory, and order fulfillment for our home window and door replacement projects.

You will organize stock and shipments, maintain safety, and help improve warehouse processes while working Monday through Friday, early shifts. Pay is $21–$22 per hour, with bonus potential and benefits including 401(k) matching, medical/vision/dental, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license.
• Lift up to 75 lbs unassisted.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office suite.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to handle heavy items as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a team player.
• Good time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of loading and unloading materials for all market jobs.
• Manage the inventory process alongside the Operations Manager.
• Organize the warehouse based on periodic business needs.
• Process, package and ship orders accurately
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Check, verify and fill customer invoices
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures

Compensation and benefits

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
