Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in Tennessee is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to load/unload materials, manage inventory, and organize the warehouse for efficient operations. You will process orders, inspect stock, and prepare shipments while upholding safety standards.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with shifts from 6:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, a competitive $21–$22/hourly wage plus bonus, and benefits including 401K, medical/vision/dental, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Lift up to 75 lbs unassisted.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to handle heavy items as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude and good time management.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of loading and unloading materials for all market jobs.
• Manage the inventory process alongside the Operations Manager.
• Organize the warehouse based on periodic business needs.
• Process, package and ship orders accurately
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Check, verify and fill customer invoices
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• Lift up to 75 lbs unassisted
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office suite
• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to handle heavy items as needed
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a team player

Compensation and benefits
