Mattr is seeking an Order Picker to support warehouse and production operations at our Ohio facility. You will pick, consolidate, and deliver materials to the correct work centers while maintaining inventory accuracy and following SOPs.

The role emphasizes safe operation of forklifts and accurate ERP updates to keep production flowing. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, forklift certification, and experience in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Previously forklift certified.
• Ability to safely operate forklift, reach truck, or order picker.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills and routine calculations.
• Basic computer proficiency and ERP proficiency.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable around moving equipment and noisy environments.

Aufgaben

• Follow all health and safety policies at all times.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Receive, store, and issue materials according to SOPs.
• Pick and deliver materials to work centers for production.
• Update ERP transactions accurately.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to support operations.
