Mattr delivers advanced material technologies and complex manufacturing expertise in Ohio. We seek an Order Picker to support warehouse and production operations, ensuring materials are accurately picked, consolidated, tracked, and delivered to correct work centers.

You will maintain inventory accuracy in our ERP system and follow SOPs to support a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma, prior warehouse or manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift, reach truck, or order picker.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform routine calculations.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work within an ERP system.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and electronic communication skills.
• Quality-focused, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining a safe workplace.
• Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in an environment with moving mechanical equipment, vehicle traffic, and moderate to high noise levels.

Responsabilités

• Follow all company health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.
• Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of assigned forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Execute SOPs related to the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Pick and deliver materials according to shop orders and ensure timely delivery to designated work centers.
• Consolidate pallets and materials to maximize warehouse space utilization.
• Accurately utilize and update the company ERP system in accordance with established processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to support operational success.
• Operate standard industrial forklifts to move, load, and transport materials and products safely.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities to support inventory accuracy.
• Complete additional duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
