Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC in North Carolina is looking for a Warehouse Associate to safely perform a range of warehouse duties, including pulling, loading, unloading, pallet building, and quality checks to support both internal and external customers.

The role requires forklift operation after training, basic computer/HMI skills, and a commitment to accuracy in records and cycles. You will work in a non-climate controlled warehouse with safety-focused procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV Material Handling Equipment.
• At least six months of forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills and mechanical aptitude required.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Must be able to read/understand load ticket instructions and product labels.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Maintains records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per SOP for each task.
• Counts goods returned to the plant and checks for damage or completeness.
• Operates automation systems and screens, voice pick systems, and other warehouse software as required.
• Identifies faults in equipment, troubleshoots, and performs basic maintenance on automation systems.
• Operates forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to store, stage, and load products.
• Performs safety and pre-trip checks on machinery; performs janitorial tasks as needed.
• Adheres to GMP and Food Safety guidelines; supports yard switching if needed.
