Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co. in Indianapolis is seeking a warehouse associate to accurately pick and prepare orders in a team-based setting. You will use an RF scanner, read customer orders, and retrieve items from racks, updating the ERP system after each pick.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and more while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Customer service focus with strong communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and reliability.
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more with or without accommodation.
• Physical ability to perform various warehouse tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities
