FOX Factory, Inc. is hiring an Order Puller to accurately select, pull, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Attention to detail and safety are essential as you verify items, pack, and stage orders under supervision.

The role supports receiving, stocking, and cycle counts while maintaining inventory accuracy and collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pick products according to customer orders and pick lists.
• Accurately verify item numbers, quantities, and order information.
• Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged products.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and cycle count activities as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
