Position Summary

Assist all areas of warehouse shipping, LTL’s and Returns.

Position Responsibilities

• Load/Offload trailers using warehouse equipment and/or manually.
• Move wheels, tires, accessories, apparel, and other items using warehouse equipment and/or manually.
• Make deliveries and transfers (Driver License Required).
• Utilize WMS to process and package orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate industrial trucks (forklifts, pickers, etc.), pallet jack and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Cycle count wheels, tires, accessories, apparel and miscellaneous as directed.
• Operate company vehicles.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

• Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.
• Maintain neat, clean, and orderly warehouse appearance.
• Ability to work extended hours/over‑time as needed as well as some Saturdays.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Conform to all quality and safety procedures.
• Operate accurately and timely in a fast‑paced environment.

Position Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a distribution environment, preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Constant physical activity; standing, walking, reaching, grasping, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motion for an 8‑hour up to a 12‑hour shift. Visual acuity. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Ability to work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
