This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. ### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Pull and pick products according to customer orders and pick lists.* Accurately verify item numbers, quantities, and order information.* Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment.* Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged products.* Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).* Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.* Follow all company safety policies and procedures.* Assist with receiving, stocking, and cycle count activities as needed.* Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. ### **Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.* Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.* Ability to read and follow written instructions.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ### **Physical Requirements*** Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.* Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift.* Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.### Schedule* Full-time position.* Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs. ***Disclaimer**: This list does not represent all physical demands.
