Job summary

Quality Brands Distribution is seeking a warehouse associate in Cheyenne, WY. The role involves picking products using a voice headset, stacking cases up to 50 lbs, and arranging beverages on pallets. You will shrink-wrap orders, move them to the loading dock with a pallet jack, and report any discrepancies to supervision.

Safety procedures and housekeeping are required daily. The position requires standing for long periods and compliance with all PPE and equipment safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand, bend, twist and perform repetitive motions.
• Experience with headset-based picking systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products by matching numbers and descriptions using a voice-audio headset.
• Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 lbs from floor to overhead.
• Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern on pallets.
• Shrink wrap orders with labels and move them to loading dock using a pallet jack.
• Report discrepancies or quality issues to supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and perform general housekeeping.
• Meet performance targets: 150 cases per hour, <0.05% error rate, <0.05% damage rate.

• Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern on pallet.
• Shrink wrap customer orders with label and move completed order to loading dock staging area using electronic pallet jack.
• Report to supervisor all product discrepancies or quality issues including damaged product, wrong store number, equipment issues etc.
• Follow all safety procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures including the safe operation of equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, work environment and complete general housekeeping, warehouse duties.

• Achieve and maintain an average picking rate of 150 cases per hour
• Achieve and maintain an average picking error rate of <.05% of cases picked
• Achieve and maintain an average damage rate of <.05% of cases picked
