Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker with equipment experience in a fast-paced environment. You will accurately select, stage, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining safety standards.

This role offers day shift 7:00am start, overtime available, and opportunities to expand warehouse skills through equipment operation such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Join a proactive team in a busy distribution center.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or WMS.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, forklifts, or order pickers.
• Stage and prepare orders for shipping meeting production and accuracy goals.
• Load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Warehouse Order Picker — Equipment Experience Preferred | Fast-Paced Warehouse Role

Are you comfortable operating warehouse equipment and enjoy staying active throughout your shift? We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Order Picker to accurately select, stage, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining productivity and safety standards in a busy warehouse environment.

Schedule for the Warehouse Order Picker:

• Day shift schedule!! 7:00am start time
• Overtime available as needed

Pay for the Warehouse Order Picker

• $18-$19/hr (increase upon conversion)

What You'll Do as a Warehouse Order Picker:

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems
• Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, forklifts, or order pickers
• Stage and prepare orders for shipping while meeting production and accuracy goals
• Load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For in a Warehouse Order Picker:

• Previous order picking, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, or order pickers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
