Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, is seeking operations team members for a warehouse and distribution environment in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time role reports to the Operations Manager and includes on-site work with daily use of scan devices and WMS systems.

Compensation starts at $18.50 per hour with weekly bonuses and overtime opportunities. DailyPay available, paid holidays, and benefits begin on day one, as the facility serves multiple businesses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Experience in warehouse picking/packing preferred, onsite work

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product in inbound operations

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
